About Me
Over 13 years in SAP – between technology, people and transformation
From ABAP to Program Management
I started deep in technology, as an ABAP developer. But very quickly I realized that SAP is much more than lines of code. It's about bringing together people with completely different perspectives – from experts with decades of experience to colleagues who are just starting out.
This mix of structure, communication and technical depth has never let me go. That's exactly why I'm drawn to projects that are constantly changing. Routine is not for me – each project brings new facets, new dynamics and new challenges.
Projects. People. Purpose.

Between Workshops, Mixing Console and a Passion for Technology
During the Corona period, I expanded my setup for remote workshops – including audio and video mixing console. What started as a pragmatic solution developed into a small passion. Suddenly I was organizing online events, streaming on Twitch in between and advising newcomers without taking a cent for it.
This phase showed me how much energy I can draw from technology – especially after a day full of meetings. An hour of tinkering, and the world sorts itself out again.
ADHD – an explanation that makes a lot of things understandable
(ADHD = Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)
I find it hard to get excited about hours of routine tasks – but give me a complex topic and I get so immersed that twelve hours feel like two. ADHD doesn't cause distraction for me, but intensity: When something is exciting, I go deep, find patterns, discover gaps and combine thoughts that at first glance have nothing to do with each other.
In transformation projects, this is more often an advantage than you might think.
Calm in chaos – my balance behind the bar
Every now and then you can find me behind the bar. An unusual balance perhaps – but perfect for me. Here it's about people, clear processes and direct feedback. Everything moves, but nothing frays into ten parallel conversations like in large projects.
It's surprisingly relaxing when you work exclusively in the here and now.
How I come across – and how to work with me
I like it when collaboration develops naturally: when competence doesn't have to be loudly proclaimed but shows itself in decisions; when humor has a place even in complicated situations; when openness and direct words don't irritate but provide orientation.
I listen, ask questions, connect people and bring structure to chaotic situations – usually without anyone consciously noticing. And yes: occasionally I am perceived as younger than I am. Often this leads to a charming moment, but at the latest after the first workshop, this is no longer an issue.
