In larger SAP and IT programs, I take over holistic program management: from governance via streams and deliverables to steering committees, risk management and prioritization. I ensure that functional goals, deadlines and budget align and that all stakeholders – business units, IT, external partners – work towards the same result.
AI in SAP Projects & Consulting
I help companies and consultancies use artificial intelligence purposefully and responsibly in everyday SAP project work – not as a gimmick or "everyone gets a ChatGPT license", but as a clearly defined accelerator. Together we develop an AI strategy, identify meaningful use cases (e.g. test case creation, risk analyses, specifications, decision bases, cutover planning) and anchor AI in project processes in such a way that meetings, coordination effort and manual routine activities are noticeably reduced – while simultaneously increasing quality.
Test & CutOver Management
In complex system landscapes, professionally set up test and cutover management is crucial for a secure go-live. I develop test strategies, establish role and meeting structures, clear reporting and defect processes, and coordinate all activities around the go-live – including dry runs, fallback scenarios and communication to all stakeholders.
SAP ALM & Test Management
I support companies in building practical application lifecycle management in the SAP environment – including strategy, governance, role model and processes. I understand test management as an integral part of ALM: from test strategy to reporting to integration with change, release and operations. For technical implementation (e.g. SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM or Jira integration), I work with specialized partner companies and bring in the right implementation partner – based on your strategy.
Support for Consulting Companies (SAP & AI)
I work closely with consulting companies that want to sharpen their SAP and project services with AI and modern delivery approaches. This includes the development of AI-based consulting offerings, building reusable templates and prompts, integrating AI into project methods, and empowering their own teams in everyday project work. The goal is not only to deliver consulting services more efficiently, but also to position them more clearly and distinctively in the market.
Workshops, Moderation & Enablement
Whether project kick-off, decision workshop, retro, architecture session or AI enablement: I take over the moderation and ensure that agenda, time, participation and results fit together. On request, I combine classic moderation methods with AI-supported evaluations and documentation, so that decisions are recorded transparently and comprehensibly – without teams having to write protocols for hours.
Event Support & Execution
I provide end-to-end support for planning and delivering events – from concept and schedule planning to organizational preparation and hands-on coordination on the day of the event. This ensures your events are well-structured, efficiently prepared, and executed smoothly.
Online & Hybrid Events
I plan, moderate and produce professional online and hybrid events – both as part of my project management mandates and as a standalone service. These include project kick-offs, town halls, customer formats, training and community events. In addition to the conception, I also bring my own event technology (cameras, microphones, lighting, streaming setup) and ensure that both on-site and remote participants have a high-quality experience. On my own event site event-spcon.de, I organize my own events including registration, ticket creation, check-in and media gallery – the know-how from this flows directly into customer projects and events.
